Refund & Replacement Policy

At Amafhha Jewels, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewelry to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our wholesale business, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer replacements for defective items under the conditions outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns for credit, or exchanges for non-defective items.

2. Defective Items (Replacement Only)

We only accept claims for items that are:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

If you receive a defective item, we will provide a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

3. Claim Process

To request a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect
  • Include your order number and item details

Claims submitted after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

4. Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to review. Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
  • If the item is out of stock, a similar product or store credit may be offered (at our discretion)

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept claims for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color or design
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or storage
